Our mission at Kylie Balish Foundation is to bring Hopes and Dreams to those children with Special Needs. Our annual Kings and Queens Gala Ball will make all children feel special. They will dress up for an amazing Gala Ball to be honored and celebrate their accomplishments. All children will be crowned that night with a sash, crown and receive a special gift.
